Thomas J. Weuthen  -Group CEO

Mr. Thomas Weuthen holds an MscSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, and served the German Armed Forces in several challenging leadership positions as officer from 1987 to 1996. His last 13 professional years he has spent in numerous international sales & business development roles for Southco, a global leading corporation for latching systems for industrial purposes. Over the course of the last 10 years he successfully built up Southco’s Automotive & Transportation division as General Manager in both Europe and Asia and was also pivotal for the set up and management of the related engineering & project management centres in the same regions. He is well experienced in working in a multicultural & multi-site business environment and has proven as respected leader to build strong international teams. As passionate photographer he has exhibited his works in China and Japan. Mr. Weuthen has been living in China since 2005.
